My friend has a dwarf paladin, and I wonder whether you can be a weapon from a distance and this level is able to use it.

No. Paladins only thing that can into the slot of the Rings Online will be installed. It is likely that one to see to get to Outland to do but not so many people at level 60 raids. I know that I saw in them too, until the end of vanilla wow.

I think the fact that Paladins can not use ranged weapons, but could use some gadgets engineers who are somewhat similar to ranged weapons.
Pally can no long-range weapons, but .... can be trained in the technique and he is a canon with the knowledge engineering techniques for the use of Associated ... but it is possible that way.
